Alive is a space for expanding your capacity for the life you truly desire through music, dance, and embodiment practices.

As we move toward more joy, intimacy, visibility, connection, and expansion, younger parts of us that carry painful beliefs in an attempt to protect us, naturally arise to try to keep us safe.

I believe that it is Divinely designed this way, and our desires require us to integrate the parts we’ve left behind.

So much of the time, we focus on the external circumstances and their details, and blame or suppress instead of feeling the energy moving underneath them. Emotions are energy in motion, and life has a way of bringing old pain (sometimes even generations old) to the surface, in the hope that it will finally be witnessed with love and that the energy will be freed.

In Alive, we allow these parts to express themselves fully while being held by our Divine Essence. Rather than identifying ourselves by our emotions, triggers, or protective responses, we learn to identify as the One who can hold them with presence, compassion, and awareness.

Triggers become portals, revealing where we are still organized around old survival strategies so those parts can move from protection into integration, from exile into redemption.

Inside Alive, we also practice meeting these patterns outside of trigger states. Through daily practices of music, dance, and embodiment, the nervous system begins to rewire through repetition. Energy that was once used for protection becomes capacity for more, more joy, abundance, pleasure, expression, intimacy, and aliveness.

And while you may be moving through these practices from your own home, you are doing this work alongside other women choosing to feel more deeply, live more fully, and move toward the lives they truly desire.

Together, we rise and participate in the collective redemption.
